Molded Ambrosia Salad
Ingredients:
| 3 oz. pkg. orange Jell-O |
1/2 cup sour cream |
| 1 cup boiling water |
1/2 cup pineapple chunks, drained |
| 1 cup fresh orange juice |
1/2 cup flaked coconut |
| 2 oranges |

Preparation:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add orange juice. Cool
until slightly thickened. Fold in sour cream. Peel & cut
oranges into bite sized pieces & add to mixture. Add remaining
ingredients. Chill for at least 2 hours.
