Belle Cake & Candy is comprised of four distinct areas:
Wedding Cakes:
Real (edible - slabs as well as tiered or separate cakes in a variety of shapes, heights, and flavours). Designed to reflect your taste; traditional pillars, contemporary stands; you decide. Choose from our portfolio, bring in a picture or idea. We will translate your vision into gorgeous reality.
Classes:
Ranging from decorating a cake with basic cake decorating tips, to elaborate rolled fondant finishes, making simple solid chocolates, or delectable filled chocolates, working with multicoloured chocolate, as well as creating those candy treats that seem so impossible to make so perfect.
Supplies:
The richest freshest chocolate (white, milk, dark, coloured white) coming straight from British Columbia (made in a plant that does produce peanut products, but keeps the chocolates peanut free) fresh each week, sugar free chocolate (white, milk, and dark), hundreds of moulds ranging from classic truffle moulds to the more ornate 3-D creations.
Hard candy moulds specifically for that sticky hot specialty. Sucker handles, cellophane wrappers, and foil chocolate wrappers.
Cake pans (for rental and for purchase), cookie cutters, cake decorating tools, cake decorating books, icing paste, candy
flavours, and many more essentials.
Offering a full range of cake decorating supplies from tips, bags, pre-made icings, while catering to every level of cake decorator from beginner to professional.
Party Favours:
Solid chocolates, chocolate truffles, chocolate lollipops (suspended chocolates), and Crystal Candy lollipops (suspended hard candies). Presentation pieces ranging from cellophane bags small enough for an individual treat, or a pound of sweets, to boxes fit for one or four petite indulgences. Wrap your chocolates in a variety of coloured foils or present them amongst a layer of tissue in a presentation box.
