Egg Salad Sandwiches Ingredients:
Preparation: Run cold water over boiled eggs to prevent darkening. Cool & peel. Chop eggs finely Add chopped onion to eggs. Add salt, pepper, mustard, & miracle whip. Mix well & refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Spread mixture between two slices of bread. Trim edges & cut each sandwich into 3 individual sandwiches. |
