Fruit and Veggie Pasta
Salad
So yummy – kids like it too!
Optional - 4 chicken or turkey breasts – cooked and chopped into bite size
pieces
1 - 340g (12oz) bag spiral pasta ('Wacky Mac Veggie Spirals' are best)
10oz can pineapple tidbits drained
1 can water chestnuts chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1-2 green onions chopped
1/2 cup raisins (original
flavour)
1/2 cup cashews or pecans or almonds chopped
1/2 cup grapes cut in ½
1/2 cup mandarin oranges drained
8 oz cole slaw dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Mix all ingredients and serve.
Also, wonderful the next day!
