Executive Chef - Heiko Duehrsen
Heiko Duehrsen was born and raised in Vancouver, where he took his chef training at the Vancouver Vocational College.
Heiko’s apprenticeship was completed at the beautiful Delta Whistler Resort in British Columbia.
We will be featuring Heiko's ever-changing Escapes Menu as part of our dinner selections. Every three weeks you will have an opportunity to experience a new four-course set menu designed by Chef Heiko.
