RestaurantMenuPrinting.com is the brain child of Sandi Goertzen. She is currently the owner of Big Sister Productions, a desktop publishing company focusing on the design and layout of catalogues and price lists. However, for many years she worked in sales for a commercial printer. During that time she worked with a number of restaurants on the design and printing of their menus. What she discovered was that the design and printing of menus often represented a huge problem for independent restaurant owners. Development of a professionally designed, full color menu can be a costly and time-consuming process. Restaurant owners can spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars in developing a professionally designed menu. Adding to the "pain" is the time that it can take. Sandi thought "there had to be a better way".

As a result she developed RestaurantMenuPrinting.com. This web site is aimed at independent restaurant owners, chefs, caterers and anyone else who wants a professionally designed menu at an affordable price. All of the menu designs are created by professional graphic designers. Xerox state-of-the-art digital equipment is used to print all the products with the exception of the Take-Out Menus. These latter menus are printed on high quality offset presses.
