| Southwestern Pork Chili
1 tablespoon vegetable oil In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add pork, onions and garlic. Cook until pork is browned; add salt and pepper. Add beans, tomatoes, chilies and cumin. Simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with cornbread or tortillas and sour cream. |
