Turkey Soup Ingredients:
Preparation: Cook turkey necks in 2 quarts water until tender. Remove meat from bones & return to broth. Cook celery, carrots, & onion in a small amount of water until done & add to turkey mixture. Brown flour. black pepper, salt, garlic powder, & Greek seasoning in 3 tbs. oil & add to turkey mixture. Simmer for 30 minutes. |
