Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
| 1-1/2 lb. boneless stew meat |
1 quart tomatoes |
| 2 cans cream style corn |
1 can sliced carrots |
| 2 can mixed vegetables |
salt & pepper to taste |
| 1 tsp. garlic powder |
1 tsp. Greek seasoning |
Preparation:
Cook stew meat in a small amount of water until tender. Add
remaining ingredients. Simmer on low heat for 30 to 40
minutes. |
