In less than 5 minutes, Danny can teach you how to roast a whole hog! Danny has over 80 custom made barbeques available for use (including a triple hog cooker!) and has provided this service all over Manitoba, as well as into Ontario, Saskatchewan and Alberta.
Prepared potato salad, coleslaw, or corn on the cob are also available year-round!

We Cook It - You Pick It Up
With this option Danny will cook your choice of whole hog / baron of beef / marinated chicken or turkey to perfection.
You can pick it up ready to carve, and you don't need to worry about the cooking.

We Cook It, Deliver It and Carve It For You!
Danny and his trained staff will cook your choice of meat to perfection, deliver it to your party site and carve it - ready to serve.
With this option, there are some mileage costs, but you don't worry about the details! |
We Can Provide a Fully Catered Meal
The whole meal option includes your choice of perfectly cooked whole hog / baron of beef / marinated chicken or turkey, and all the trimmings, including a selection of salads, rolls and desserts.
This option provides the entire meal to the client. Again, staff are available for serving. |
